Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Cousre

The Comprehensive IT Project Management course provides individuals with the knowledge and skills to manage large and small IT projects using established methodologies and processes set forth in the Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK® established by the Project Management Institute (PMI). This course is built around the nine knowledge areas and five process groups defined in the third edition of the PMBOK® Guide using examples and case studies of IT projects. Hands-on experience is provided, creating significant depth of understanding of key concepts and practical considerations. This course will also provide students with the fundamental knowledge required to prepare for the latest edition of the PMP® exam.

Prerequisites: Participants should have 2 or more years experience working on IT project teams.
